Both ENTJ and ESTJ are ambitious (power-hungry) and usually hold high positions in a corporate.
An ENTJ has a vision of how he wants to use his power, whereas an ESTJ lacks vision and usually only obsessed with status and pay check.
Also an ESTJ pays more attention to details with regards to administration, whereas an ENTJ focuses more on a broader goal.
Both ENTJ and ESTJ maintain two lists always – one, the list of people whom they need to respect, two, the list of people they can ignore, neglect and stamp upon.
However the criteria for selecting people in these two lists is different for ENTJ and ESTJ.
ENTJ usually keeps useful people – the people who will help them in their growth, the people who can be used for realizing their vision – in their first list. If you are not contributing to their growth or vision, you go into the dustbin i.e. list two.
ESTJ usually respects powerful people and those in high ranks. Anyone with a lower salary and a lower status without power or authority over them automatically moves to the second list.
